3. We’ll confirm availability, total cost, delivery option, and payment details on WhatsApp before your order is processed.Orders are only confirmed once payment is received and we send you a confirmation message.3. Pricing & Availability
Prices are listed in South African Rand [ZAR] and may change without notice. The R200 for any 3 items promo is subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock after you pay, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund.4. Payment Methods
Currently, all payments are made via WhatsApp as agreed with our team, e.g. EFT or other methods we confirm in chat.
Future flexibility: We may add website payment options at any time. By using our site, you agree to any payment method we make available, with all transactions subject to our chosen secure payment provider’s terms.5. Delivery & Timeframes
We offer:
- Pep Paxi R60: 7-9 working days
- Pep Paxi R110: 3-5 working days
- Local delivery: Uber Send or colleague handover, price/time confirmed on WhatsAppOrders are packed within 2-3 business days and take 7-10 business days total to arrive. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays. Place orders before the 15th each month for best delivery planning.6. Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your Soft Girl Tech pieces.
- Defective/damaged items: Message us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace the item or refund you.
- Wrong item sent: We’ll replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
- Change of mind: Because items are small accessories and often part of combos, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once payment is confirmed.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be made via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.7. Liability
